This was such an "AHA!" video for me. I found myself laughing out loud quite a bit, as I felt him describing me in so many ways. Ra delivers with passion and joyfulness and enthusiasm that is a pleasure to behold and ingest. This was so helpful to me, as a quad. I have worked with several different practitioners over the years, and I didn't find that any of them really understood what it means to be a quad. In listening to this, I felt known. I also came to understand some fundamental things about how I connect with others that explained some of my life experience. Everyone who is or works with a quad should listen to this. Great info.

I found the message about the first 30 years for a 6/3 to be quite healing. Having been raised in a family where I was constantly bombarded with criticism about my "inability to get my act together" and, consequently, beating myself up about that for many years, it was a relief to hear that I was designed to have a challenging first 30 years. I can look back at that period of time with compassion and be more open to the lessons than I was in the past. What a gift.
